I waited 'til cheap ticket day and saw it on my local place's imax screen for $6. Go see it because of Heath Ledger being a creepy mofo as the Joker. His performance was haunting. It is loud, it's not that bloody, nor is it nauseating. I wouldn't put it as the best movie of all time (like IMDB has it right now) but it blows all of the Spiderman movies out of the water for best super hero pic.

Because it's setting is more realistic, and there's less schlock. Seeing how a Joker could be real, and taken seriously, and reacted to realistically, was refreshing.

I hate going to theaters. I have the worst luck when it comes to finding a seat that isn't being kicked, or I sit near the obnoxious laugh, or the guy that can't shut up, or the guy that points out the flaws he sees.

I wait for DVDs and avoid spoilers online. :)
