i think i haven't been drinking enough water lately because i keep getting really dizzy every time i stand up. weather's cooled off a bit lately, but it's still hot. my house doesn't have air conditioning, so i try to get out during the day. the river's a big draw. when kaitlin & colette drove over we went with a group of my friends a little after
