well yesterday it was exactly 11 months since we graduated. how flippin scary is that? that 11 months has just ZOOMED straight past me. and yesterday the year 12's at tyndale had their HSC music exam. and that also brought back memories for me. man, i miss school stacks. like, not the work, but the community/friends/classes... so much fun... good ( Read more... )

If Gus didn't have his HSC, I would have asked him to be part of the Blackstump set. It was a lot of fun playing behind the duo when I was at QHA.

I know what you mean about missing Year 12 from that aspect, the memories of my Year 12 a couple of years ago still bring a smile or two. Perhaps what really makes me first realise that I'd miss Year 12, was practising for a song we were doing for the graduation assembly, we were mucking around, having fun, making music *turns head, looks blankly, sighs* those were good times.

yes, the other day i came across a recording of the song we sang at our year 12 graduation ... "faith"... awwwww the memories!!!

Cheers Rach, Sarz says it's addictive, to be seen I guess, well I've got the Sheet music of our perf. up on my wall atm, it's individually signed too :) We changed the words to Thank You - Dido, a real tear jerker :)

hmmm yeh guess what?! you gotta fill out the superannuation stuff. we're just like "that's stupid!!"... that form has got the TFN spot on it... so yeh... when you first come to work next week, just be ready to fill out some more paperwork! hope thats cool... cya!
