Literally: "Grab my feet." You use this phrase to express extreme surprise.

It is pretty rude, in a funny way. There's a similar phrase, popular in South Germany, Leck mich am Arsch ("Lick my ass", but a million times more rude). Say it to a police officer, or a civil servant, and you might get a hefty fine. So, people usually say "LMAA".
