i've been thinking (on and off for three years) about doing a photocomic about the beltway - the different exits, the communities thereof, etc. the only thing i don't have is a photographer. and time. but mostly a photographer.

You don't say? I am intrigued myself, but someone with a car and polarizing filter would be a huge help to you. The two things that I lack.
