Teriyaki Tofu and Pineapple Bowl

The best thing about this dinner was, as my husband called it, 'the sauce.' Not all of the teriyaki concoction was absorbed, but that turned out to be a happy results. I joined the group just now. Go ahead and link or copy the recipe and tag me. I would do it myself but I don't want it to appear as if I just joined and will flood the group with recipes because I'm so omg awesome. Does that make sense? The coffee hasn't worked it's magic yet.
