Um..weird. What would you do if you found copy you had written for your web site lifted--verbatim (so plagarized)--on another restaurant's web site? Possibly complicating factor--other restaurant is a nonprofit and you are sympathetic to its mission.

Ask if they would like you to write a new website for them for a fee?

I'd contact them to ask why they plagiarized (especially without even telling you about it), and ask that they come up with their own content.
I like the idea above about charging a fee, hehe.

I don't think there's anything negative about calling them on it, and I think you SHOULD do such.

insist they rewrite it. Period.
(I can guarantee they'd come to you were the situation reversed)

I'm in agreement, with above in general. But I would have a the following questions: Who are they? *Where* are they, meaning are they in competition with you and your business?
Get print outs of the offending material prior to contacting them.
When you contact them, find out why they did it, and see what kind of arrangements you can make. If you are in noncompeting markets, this could actually be used to help support your business.
Just my $.02.
