Yay! Double Yay!!
Huge step forward on my 'open your own coffee shop' adventure.* Yesterday, I signed a lease on a building. Yay and double yay! It's a free standing building, about 1600 square feet on a decently busy (but not too busy) arterial with 15 parking spots and lots of windows.
