First off, I would like to inform you that your pictures are severly elongated. I'm not sure if this is for an artistic effect, or if you are completely blind. It isn't quite hard.
I've decided to include a step-by-step tutorial on how to re-size a picture.

Step 1: Take your mouse (the "mouse" shaped object you use to click)
Step 2: Move your mouse to the corner of the picture (It can be any corner, pick one of the 4, it isn't difficult.)
Step 3: Use your index finger(the finger to the right of your thumb) [provided you are right handed] and CLICK! the mouse.
Step 4: Drag the corner of the picture up or down to increase and decrease the size of that.
