Okay, so here's the deal. Starting tomorrow, I'm really gonna get my shit together. My goal is to LOSE at LEAST 25 lbs. before Sami can GAIN 25 lbs. It may seem a bit extreme or unattainable, but I know that it's possible. I will be eating better (that's a promise) & pushing myself to work out at least everyday (but not less than 5 times a week).
