Soooo... I'm home. It took forever for it to happen, but I'm here. My flight was canceled on Wednesday and then I flew into DC yesterday after an almost 3 hour delay. So I think this weekend was a good Boston weekend and a great college-y weekend, but overall poor for my health. I went and stared at the river because of Head of the Charles but I didn't actually get all that close to where it was taking place. When I hung out at Drea's a few weekends ago and I mentioned something from Mad TV and everyone sort of gave me a death glare, shock and awe, and "You actually watch that?" I gave in and bought "footless tights" or leggings from Urban. Call them what you want they're still stretch pants (which will always make me think of Peggy Bundy) and now I will look like everyone else at BU. Friday was BU's Funniest Student. Taja made it to finals. We decided to celebrate by getting greasy food. B/c UBurger was closed, we ended up getting a free meal from Uno's from a couple of rich, slightly drunk 30-something Red Sox fans. So I had lunch today w/ this kid from my Latin class, who's a freshman in UNI (the University's Professors Program- smart kids who can design their own major). And he's 19 so it's not that creepy, I swear.
