WOW, it's been a while, hasn't it? Well, here I am, updating all the way from Louisville, KY. The original plan was to stay in Wilmore all summer, and it worked for a while... Hey, Rachel,
You're finally in Kentucky! It's so funny how things we dream about for so long sometimes turn out so differently than we expect...
I know I'm not exactly one of them anymore, but I'm sure the Aldersgate people are missing you too.

My summer classes and this week, then I get an entire month of vacation before I start classes at USF. I will be working on a degree in Microbiology, so things will be (to an extent) radically different for me this fall, too. But I'm looking forward to a challenge, learning (for a change) and meeting new people...

I'm glad to hear that you're out and in a new situation. Adjusting to college life is tough, but stick with it. Eventually the unfamiliar will seem familiar and you wont ever want to leave.

Oh... and don't be so distant from livejournal!! ;) I want to hear about your adventures as an official college kid!
