I didn't realise how artistic you were, Rachel. That painting is really good! If I even an ounze of that talent I'd be happy.

Whoa, that came out really nice! Did you use oils or acrylics with a texturizer? Methinks I must start collecting some new brushes and pull out the canvases and paints and start working on something really awful since the small tablet is just making for sloppy digital work. Must get 12x9 tablet someday...

I used acrylics with a heavy gel (i love that gel!) and I also got myself a real easle to work on, so it makes my life much easier. still haven't found the perfect brush for those really fine lines - i have 3 really small ones, but they're too soft. to the art store next week!

next project is a video game tryptych - i'm doing screens of pacman, donkey kong and space invaders to hang in our office.
