What should I make for the bake sale next week?

Here is what I have on hand, baking-wise:

thinly-sliced almonds
one box cake mix
oatmeal
cornmeal
flour
sugar
brown sugar
splenda
baking soda
baking powder
vanilla, orange, and lemon extract, plus maybe a fake brandy one
LOTS of powdered sugar
eggs
milk
butter
big package of very stale raisins
small selection of basic spices

oatmeal cookies with raisins, oatmeal cookies without raisins, and each of those varieties iced with orange and / or lemon flavored powdered sugar icing!!!!
