This is something I've been wanting to do again myself.

I don't have many on my friend's list...but there are some that don't bother to EVER comment or even just say 'hi'. It really irks me when (a certain person in particular) posts a million times a week, I post comments, etc with nothing in return. You know what I mean...nobody posts to every single post of course. But when you post something in particular that warrants a much needed response (like an address to send baby gifts) URGH-GRRR!

I did that a few months back. It was very freeing though I kept soem friends on who just don't update often but read my journal. :)
