i'm with ginny take 10 of mine
anyways one way to gain weight is strengthening yourself (when i quit gymnastics i actually lost weight cause i lost muscle...)
so do like push ups and sit ups and leg strength but don't do any cardio stuff like running cause that just makes you lose more weight
if you want i can tell you some specific stuff to do! like 90% of my brain is used to remember strength and skill stuff for gymnastics lol
and eat a lot of candy and breads
