Question for you!

Oct 11, 2006 10:16

I found a letter yesterday that I addressed to a certain person I still talk with on a regular basis that I apparently never got around to delivering. This letter is 7-8 years old. I have no idea what's inside.

Do I give it to them, or do I open it?

open it, it's not like it's mail tampering or anything, you never put it in the mail, and YOU wrote it.

There may well be something in that letter that you no longer would like whoever you wrote it to to know.

If, after you've read it, you still want them to have it, then still no harm done, you just know what you said. which is always better than the alternative (many a person has alcohol to thank for first hand knowledge on that fact).

#4 saying "open it"...

It seems as though I should open it. :-P I was hoping that's what people would say!
