Yay! That's awesome-- that he's coming home, and that you were able to keep yourself occupied. It was a good idea not to sit around and dwell.

I'm glad you didn't dwell. I think you obviously know what you need to do for yourself.

I, on the other hand, am going home for Thanksgiving, and this will be the first time Joe and I have been apart for more than a day :(

But I'm really happy to be going home :)

I'm sure you'll survive w/o Joe [:-P], but it'll just make it better when you get to see him again after a few days apart. :-)

And maybe next year you can celebrate together! :-D

I hate being apart from Matt. I used to be able to handle a few days quite okay, but ever since he was gone for four months, being apart for even a few days sucks.

I hope your thanksgiving goes well!
