I have an interview with Nashville Metro animal control. I'm kind of excited and I really hope it goes well. Plus I've been making flyers for training and riding lessons for the feed stores and the riding arenas in the area so I hope it goes well ( Read more... )

You could develop your own way of rating the horses based on a certain number of characteristics/training/whatnot. And complete an intro evaluation so you have an initial foundation. Then when training is done you do another evaluation.
The only thing is you'd have to make sure your clients agree with the evaluation. Maybe have them complete one as well and then compare results. I dunno, I'm kinda rambling. Lose

HOW DID IT GO? And why are there black Xs on your hands? Vague facebook statuses (stati?) worry me, Rachum. Cause I am a mom.

I went to a sports bar that was 18 and over and they put giant black xs and red arm bands on me and I was embarassed. That's all. and the nterview went well, they are giving me a back ground check and if I pass it then I get to take a drug test. so I think I'll pass.
