Moving through mud

I feel as though I am moving through mud these days. I am fatigued and exhausted all the time. I have felt this way for about three weeks now and it just seems to be getting worse. Ugh, sorry to hear about this. Does not sound like fun! I know that I get this way to some degree around my period, and during periods of time when I'm eating too much sugar (which doesn't seem to agree at all with my chemistry)...but I'm not sure that either of those apply to you.

Do you think it's possible that you have some kind of low level infection that might be draining you by directing all resources to your immune system? It also seems like allergies are starting to kick in, and they can sometimes manifest in really odd ways.

Hope this leaves soon. We can always have Boyd mix you up a homeopathic remedy and do a sage energy ritual on you Saturday night. ;-)

Well I know that my period is not the culprit and I always eat too much sugar so that's probably not it either. But I have been wondering about allergies. I do not have any other symptoms though and I do get allergies every Spring, but it usually only affects my nose and head. I do take allergy medication and I don't feel any different. So... I don't know. I think I am going to try a neti pot and just see if that helps in any way.

I have had anemia off and on throughout my life and it always shows up with strange unexplainable bruising. I had my iron levels checked in October because I was bruising really bad, but my levels are normal. Perhaps it's time to get them checked again. It couldn't hurt.
