Being a head librarian this summer has taught me a lot about being in charge and laying down strict policies, and teaching people how to do everything that I do.  I have 30 work-study students here at Brevard, and 2 full time assistants.  The camp has over 400 students and probably 50 faculty, and just about all of them come to the library to get
