The lunches and informal chats with employees is good, man... You learn shit about the company that way that they would lie about otherwise if you asked directly. Like how that guy works all the time, that gives you an idea of how hard they'll be working you, too.

Also, having you interviewed by a bunch of folks at once is a common practice.
