Well, since he thinks you're retarded anyways, I would either do one of two things: Start using words that actually require a vocabulary and talk about subjects that you know about and he pretends to know about so you can make him feel retarded instead, or just play into his hands and plug every phone in the office into the ethernet jacks and manually reset the routers to default settings by putting a pin into the back of their reset button for about 30 seconds.
