Ok, here's step by step instructions:

Firstly, click on this link.
Now since you're fairly illiterate, you can click on the little blue pencil button near the top of the page.
Now scroll to the bottom of the page and click the button that is on the far right. It says "Delete Journal Entry". (I know, big words).
Now click "OK" on the window that pops up and you're done!

Easy as pie. Except maybe not for you as I doubt you could read a cookbook and follow instructions well enough to bake a pie from scratch. I guess easy as instant pudding in your case.
