I read this, and you sound frustrated by not seeing any improvement. Are you being particular about your diet? I know Amanda cooks lots of goodies, but if you burn more calories than you consume, you WILL lose weight. And be wary of "fat-free" stuff. They make up for the fat by doubling the sugar, and the calorie count is often still high. You are what you eat. Why do you think I'm such a health food nut? I used to be FAT!
