i've been dawdling around with the idea of flying out to Seattle next summer. i'd really like to visit there because i 1) want to see the city and 2) know some people in and around the area who i haven't met but really want to.
quite right, quite right. also try taking Vitamin D supplements or going to your local tanning bed a few minutes each week. people underestimate the ability of UV light to alleviate their depression. hence, the winter blues.
Yes, Seattle is an excellent place to visit, although I'll be back in the Balkans all summer and thus, won't be here... And there's always the whole fucking money thing. Anyway, Seasonal Affective Disorder is rampant here... I think I have it, and I think I need to get a little light. A coworker and I had a conversation about it. She's from Jersey and has never had the problem of not seeing the sun or sky for literally three weeks on end, until now. I wonder how much they are..?
the ones around here are about $5 for up to 10 minutes. i bought a minute package so i go weekly, and pay about half that. take it from me, it's made a huge difference.. and it's safe as long as you don't burn.

inactivity breeds restlessness, restlessness breeds boredom, boredom breeds depression.
