Backtagging: It is very encouraged because I could only post a little bit at a time. It might take us a while to finish a scene. xD;
Threadhopping: I don't mind unless it's set in private or unhackable. If your character can hack it, then go right ahead. She isn't good with a computer, anyway.
Fourthwalling: Go right ahead. Although, she might not believe most of the things you say and think (depending on what you tell her) that you're very creative or crazy.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Speaking terribly about her friends and family is pretty offensive in her book.

Hugging this character: Go for it especially if you need one, because she won't feel shy about giving one to children or friends.
Kissing this character: Well, if she has feelings for you, then go for it. If it's a confession, then you can kiss her, but if it's a random thing, then we might have to talk. Kissing between friends isn't odd to her because they are just cheek kisses.
Flirting with this character: Yeah, it's okay. She might or might not flirt back depending on who it is, but she can be quite flirty sometimes.
Fighting with this character: She might know how to dodge, block, and even punch, but we might have to talk about it.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): If it's part of a player or event plot, then injuring this character is totally allowed.
Killing this character: We might have to talk about this.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Not sure if it counts for route 29, but go for it if you can.
