Second order of buisness, 65 hrs. a week of work is more than I like, but my paycheck will be nice. Today is my day off, but today is also a harsh day, because I'm crushed, crushed by memories, crushed by what can never be, and most of all crushed by what I want to be, and by what I can never seem to become.

No words of wisdom today, because the wisdom is lacking, and more importantly the wisdom can be irrelevant.

This marks the eve of my 21st birthday, by Michigan time I am now 21, by washington time there is still 3 hours left... But one fact remains... I am no longer a child, not only by age but by deed and lifestyle. It's kind of sobering.

In 7 days I will be 21 years old. Crazy huh? The difference this year is that no one will be attending my annual birthday bash... because well... Today was pretty cool, worked for the first 10 hrs. of it delivering appliances in the rain. It was pretty burly... but I managed. Got home and took a nice long hot shower, built my bed frame, and talked to some good people on the telephone.
