    Really, I'm pretty emotionally unstable. I've been crying the past few nights. And I give you all permission to criticize me and discuss how much of a total idiot, when I say, "I'm still terribly in love with my ex-girlfriend." I came to this conclusion moments after I broke up with her. But it's too late now. And I've been thinking about this

It happens to the best of us. Actually, from what you've said about her, I don't really think she deserves your love and attention, but you're not a total idiot for still loving her. These things just take time, and once you find someone else you won't really remember why you loved her. You might, or you might even wonder WHY you liked her in the first place.

You could try to get her back, if you wanted to, as well.

I'm sorry you're upset though, Ray. Things will get better.
