Lately, i have been really worried about my self image..i am a fat cow..No matter what i wear no matter what my makeup looks like i dont even want to be seen..plus the fact that my ex keeps telling me how gross and useless i am doesnt help...Bleh we havent been going out for almost a year and still everything he says bothers me

you're not bi-polar. at least i don't think so. i did a lot of reasearch on that stuff because my sister kept accusing me of being manic depressive as well. people like that are totally screwed and some who have it really bad are prone to have sex with strangers compulsively throughout their manic periods.
