There is no real anything certain that can tell us if Sherlock is Sherlock or he is a Timelord now, and if he will comeback for John at all...

I really don't think John could live happy without Sherlock, maybe he will killhimself, he will try to move on, but his heart is already broken and i think he really doesn't expect to be important enough, for Sherlock timelord comeback for him.

Yeah, but there's hope! And since we all know how Reichenbach went, we know one way or another Sherlock survived. I'm thinking that with the Doctor's help John will find Sherlock Holmes in no time!

I won't say whether John and the Doctor would find Sherlock or the Genius, because I think that's for the reader to decide. But if you want them to find Sherlock still as Sherlock, that's fine. I think it's a perfectly possible ending.

(Also I figured I didn't break John's heart any more than canon did? Don't know if that counts...)
