he doesn't say that he ever worries about me when i'm up there, in fact he tells me that he doesn't worry at all.

my parents are the same way. They just don't want me to kill myself on their watch. If I did, they'd look like bad parents.

it's always easier when you're away from them - what they don't see won't worry them. i get reprimanded even to this day when i visit home and go out late or even stay up late. at least they worry about you. some people don't even have people to worry about them. it's their weird way of showing that they care about you. and seriously effer, please don't do DWI ever again because cotrary to popular belief (i.e. yours) i would be eternally sad if anything were to ever happen to you, drunk driving included!!!
