Maybe this is just me, and my love of dresses (er...) but that sounded like a really good reason to yell at people. So I think you're free from being Bridezilla so far.
That's not Bridezilla, that's irate customer, and it's totally allowed! Even if they are short-staffed, if they've had it for a month, that's ample time to get it done and out of the way. Maybe the whole "bad dress rehersal, good performance" thing from theater holds true for weddings... bad time leading up to it, awesome ceremony and afterwards?

I stand by my comment (and it seems everyone else agrees with me) that this is not bridezilla, but an abused customer with every right to be pissed.
Bridezilla is when a woman demands that things be done her way, or the highway. She is unreasonable, and freaks out over the smallest details, often yelling at family and friends. You, however, are angry at 2 stores who are attempting to screw you over and not providing you with the service & goods you've already paid for.
You had / have every right to be upset. Although, after that ordeal, I'm just glad you walked out of there with a dress that fits and is in one piece.
All the details are being finished. Just think, all the headaches will be over soon! Hang in there!
