Twisted day.
First, I had an appointment with my cardiologist today. I had an appointment with my GP on Monday, my Pulmonologist on Wednesday, my cardiologist today, I go into Wake Med for an echocardiogram and need to schedule an xray, and I am waiting for an appointment with a GI specialist (and I don't mean vets).
Dad had another meltdown today and thinks his briefcase is "at that other place I stay..." He is in the same room he has been in for 9 months, there is no other place. I think one of the little brain damage guys (age 40, mental age about 3) stole it and hid it ... I've watching hinm do it with other patients.
And then I watched 5,000 Fingers of Dr T on TCM. This is the most twisted scene Dr. Seuss ever conceived (and he did the story and design.
The scene does make me wonder about Dr. Seuss' hidden life.
About 80 of the cutest little men 1950 had to offer, some of whom are straight and trying to dance - bless their little hearts. I could not describe the interactions or design without being accused of being pronographic.
Here is a clip of the film that truly put the twist tie onto the day to keep me fresh for tomorrow.

Wow. Too weird. And if there is a BluRay release of this one, I have to go join the BlueRay generation. I did find a download the clip from YouTube, but it is blocky and grainy ... I want the DETAILS. (Man, I bet there are some stories about backstage at that shoot!) :o)
