Wow! I have only done part of the tour, but am impressed. I plan to view the whole thing and see if there aren't any ideas I can borrow, especially in the gardening arena. The house we are staying at has a lawn, and it is terrible to see how much water is wasted on it, especially since it still isn't thriving.

And I hate to say it, but $750K for a home of that size in LA is cheap.
