I've been doing pretty well with my reading, and so it's only appropriate that I share some of what I'm picking up. In Chapter 2 Dr. Domur introduces several techniques aimed at eliciting the “relaxation response”. This helps lower your stress levels which can directly affect your fertility. I've only really attempted the Breath Focus exercise.
