What a pleasant surprise! Do not, I repeat. Do not be fooled by the gentle composition of that cover. This single could easily give any one of those girl groups a run for talent and vibe. Hye Ji has vocals with just the right consistency of soft and dreamy. The entire music arrangement is laced with tinges of electronic waves, a slight vocoder input, that's all accompanied with xylophone twinkles. No kidding. Topped with your necessary male rapper for that extra masculinity you get the mix of sweet and girly. And no poppy squeals. None.
