i went on another bender where I drank a fifth a day for weeks. It ended dec 29th. Ive been dried out for 77 days now.

I keep getting violent painful shocks, mostly in my feet, but sometimes all over. It would seem to be neuropathy, related to my diabetes, but the diabetes has never been under better control. I take meds for it and every day my

Glad you're sober again. I hope you can work out what's up with your feet.

Its all cosmetic. Hammer toes, on my feet a lot, wrong shoes. Its getting fixed

Let me know if you find a decent podiatrist; my L foot is wider than my R from walking dogs for 20 years, and I even went to the Foot Center up in Harlem and they told me to get new shoes.
