Ohhhhhkay. This question has been in my head for a while now. We've already discussed how S3 of RB was not very fulfilling in many ways. Yes it's realistic that shit doesn't always go the way you want and people don't always behave the way you want them to, AND I KNOW nothing's perfect but Andy leaving at the end of S3---there's some stuff there

And here I am six months later telling you (not that you likely care because you probably don't read this anymore, but just in case you do) that a) I'm writing a fic where Andy comes back and her life's basically falling apart (basically AU post-4x01 with major emotional isolation and PTSD thrown in because that gun-to-the-head thing in 4x01? totally enough to cause acute stress disorder and PTSD, especially if you're Andy and try to ignore all your symptoms), and b) I'm definitely considering writing the fic where she doesn't go UC because of all the reasons you mentioned (when I quit writing all the other WIPs I've started but can't finish for lack of an alpha reader, and decide I need to start a new one). Thank you again for articulating them so clearly. THIS is why I feel like the show pretty much went downhill from S4 on. (S3 was wavering on the edge, so to speak, and the finale sort of toppled it over the other side.) So other than that one AU (and the ep-specific set I started but may never finish if I don't get the time
