Big Happenings
First off CNN's quote of the night: "Obama is like the great national Rorschach test."
I'm not entirely sure what she meant by it but I thought it was hilarious.

Japanese is weird
So I finished watching Mushi-shi. I also happen to be a wuss and things that make me contemplate my own mortality bother me. Accordingly, I was a bit disturbed afterwards. It was a nice concept, I just can't handle it.
Anyway to clear my mind a bit I needed something mindless.

I went to Nan Desu kan this weekend, Denver's attempt at an anime con. I got to see a real formal japanese tea ceremony and drink fresh brewed real green tea and eat walnut mochi that was out of this world. I also got to watch a voice actor talk about his penis size ( Read more... )
