Somebody tell me how the hell I'm supposed to upload pictures onto livejournal from my hard drive. Please. I want to show all of you pictures of my new puppy dog and of the pretty butterfly I got painted on my hand last Friday. :) I'd appreciate it muchly.

Put your pictures up on a website, photobucket.com, for example. Then, while updating your lj, you can either 1)go to the FAQ and look for the code to put pictures on your entries or 2)before writing anything for the post you're about to make, go to the bottom of the box where you write entries and below it will be a link that says "rich text"; click on that and there will appear some buttons above the place where you write entries. Find the button that allows you to put images into your post and follow what it says. You can get the URL of pictures from anything online by right-clicking on the picture and clicking on "properties."

The second choice is easier, I think, unless you want to memorize the html for posting pics.
