I started my internship today. Mostly paperwork and general boring stuff like reading chemical hygiene plans, but I really think I'm going to like it there. My mentor actually graduated from my school a year ago, so he's never had an intern before, so he really doesn't know what he's supposed to do with me as far as showing me around and stuff

What's your field? You probably told me before, but I'm kind of preoccupied today and am not remembering.

My major was biotechnology. I intern at a place called Dow AgroSciences ( http://www.dowagro.com/homepage/index.htm?DCSext.das=dowagro.com ), which seems to be a pretty cool place to work for. It's not what I want to do in the long run, but it's a good place to get my feet wet :)
