Moving along...

Damn! It has been a long time. I remember when I used to update this sucker like every day. I suppose it means I have more of a life now, but still I miss the obsessive updating of a LiveJournal where 90% of the information is interesting only to me. It certainly makes you feel like the monarch of your own - very, very tiny - world ( Read more... )

Wow, craziness...I was definitely pleasantly surprised to see that you had posted. (Provided that you even remember who I am...)

Good luck with the job stuff, I hope you get exactly what you want. You def. deserve it. A lot of people I know are looking for jobs now, it's sort of unfortunate how shitty and difficult it is. I am sort of worried, personally, since I'm graduating in May. Gah!

Good luck also with the grief support group. It sounds really like a wonderful environment, being with people who have gone through similar experiences.

I hope things are going well, with life, with Josh, with everything. Keep in touch.

Bye for now!

It's so crazy that I understand just about EVERYTHING you wrote. Guess what? I hate my job. I know I know...this is a recent development (w/in the last month or so). I will have to call you to tell you about it since it's too much to write. However, I have an interview Friday with a company called Varco Pruden. So, I'm really excited about that. I think it's great that you get a chance to talk to people about your loss. Honestly, I probably need to do the same thing. I haven't really talked about it to anyone else buy my husband, who hasn't lost anyone but his grandma back in the early college years. I'm sure that was still big to him though...in fact I know it was. So yeah, if I get this job, there's a small chance that I'll be moving back to Greensboro...SO THAT WOULD BE CRAZY IF YOU GET A JOB IN RALEIGH!!!! Lol...life is a trip. Anyway, what are you doing this weekend? I have a body wrap on Saturday morning around 11:30 am, but I'm free after that. Let's grab some lunch and catch up on old times or something. Let me ( ... )

Hey!! Absolutely we should have lunch this weekend...I have a chiropractor appt at 11 and then I am free so that would work out pretty perfectly! I'm sorry that you hate your job, but I guess sometimes that stuff happens to get us moving in a different direction. Good luck with your interview!!! I will send you an email about the weekend...
