*good vibes heading your way*

Yay for South Beach, I've been looking at that for its supposed belly-fat targeting.

So if i move back to south beach again i will loss 3 # a week , so lets see if I stay there for 8 months x 12 a month that would equel 96 pounds , damn i would be way skinny mini .. I wish it worked that well . My mom is kinda on it is it like the atkins at all.

Sorry about your health issue , hope you are getting well . That why i firmly believe in the now and having best time you can .

ah, big hugs doll...thank you...support is much needed right now, as is wisdom. Too often I am looking ahead at the future. Living in the moment is what I do not do often enough. Curse of a seer I guess.

Don't worry to much about the infertility from PCOS. It'sd really only if untreated. the birthControl should help. remeber I was diagnosed with it a year or so ago. *lix*

Thanks for the support. Yes, they are treating it, but I have probably had this for years and not known it. The good news is that I know it now, so I can treat it. But you know how I am about babies. I've always wanted to adopt, but I also want my own. The thought of not being able to have any is kind of scary.

usually in time with treatment things get better even if you've had it for a while. I'll keep you in my thoughts though.

PS. I came by to see you this morning and your light was on but no one would come to the door

Thanks for the thoughts, and the visit. I left early this morning for work, so it wasn't my light that was one unless you were there before 8:30 a.m., and if it was my light, I was probably in the shower.
