Sometimes I think about doing the same, but since I never post publicly I simply keep my flist the same (Unless I KNOW the account is done for) and just use a filter to read who I really care about

I used to do that but why friend someone and then delete them from your reading list? that's being a little too chicken for my tastes. what on earth is the point?
