Major turning point is what the prompt was, and that was very, very major turning point. I couldn't write about what might have happened before, because that's just impossible in my mind, and I thought that writing about the time my life was practically destroyed and all my friends were turned against me might offend certain perpetrators. Hum.

You didn't have to read it, you know.

I know. I was kinda expecting it, too. As a written work, it is very good, though.
And you shouldn't have to worry about offending people. If they get offended, they get offended. Big deal.

I've found out that generally, when I offend volatile people, even if it's justifiable and they deserved it it always comes back tenfold and bites me in the ass. Thus, I don't even bother, unless it's something inescapable or true or something that I have want and drive and desire to do. I really don't have any desire to re-live last year, so I took the less painful way out.
