This morning when I got up and started walking around, my mom looked at me in my cami and clamdiggers (they're a lot like gauchos, except flatter cut) and told me that she could tell I haven't been eating lately because I look skinnier. I thought she was just crazy- how could I be visibly skinnier after a week of much smaller and more infrequent ( Read more... )

You just likely have a high rate metabolism. Which means that it becomes neccessary to either eat more often in lesser quanities, or to stuff your face with high energy foods much less often.

Oh, and activity also plays a role in how efficiently your body's metabolism works too; so between all your school activities, and your new job, you should be using lots of calories. But, not being any sort of doctor or anything I can't really perscribe any sort of diet (form and sorts of food, not the kind to loose weight) So, if you don't want to pass out, I would suggest talking with either your family doctor, or consulting a nutritionist on what sort of food plan you should be on to work both with your rate of metabolizing and around your schedule.
