I like cheddar cheese for my ramen.
I get the dizziness spells too, mine sometimes cause me to hit the ground because I just can't keep up.

Um, you may want to go to a doctor for a checkup then Zee. It sounds like yours may be related to high blood pressure. Also, if you are taking any medication, be sure to let your doctor know this, and what they are. If you are, this can be raising your blood pressure, if you are taking more than one, anyone of them alone could be doing it, but the real trouble is if it is happening as a result of a combination. So again, schedule a doctors vist for a physical.
