I found Fireflight looking for the lil silly autobot...
I have to say none of them have shown up yet in my head canon so here goes nothing,

Swindle
a. Could have won the war multiple times by himself.
b. Arranges for the Femmes to visit earth to keep both sides somewhat under control...
c. Is scarred to deactivation of Carrie Underwood.

Vortex
a. In the same vain Plays Carrie Underwood to bug Swindle.
b. Wants to have Helicopter days where factions don't count.
c. The reason that he was in jail for Starscream to find was not his fault.

Mixmaster
a. He dreams of someday being a Mad scientist, but never finished school.
b. Is the only one who has picked up on the fact that several bots on earth are femmes in hiding, and is trying to pinpoint them as a game for himself.(But the big softy won't out them)
c. He only stutters when he's very excited.

Yes there definitely needs to be a Helicopter day. Vortex can get together with Springer and Whirl and Blades.

Mixmaster knows who the femmes are? I'm... somehow not surprised. I wonder if they know he knows.

And I agree, he needs more love. I paired him with Skywarp once.

Swindle could have won with all of the weapons he has... but he wants to make more money off of them than win the war, and Megatron is a cheap slagger and won't pay for them all.
Mixmaster will get some love later I just have to pick, or give him a harem... and Most of the Femmes don't know that he knows(or guesses correctly) but some do and play it off as a joke.

Friend away! I just was listening to Carrie Underwood's Before he Cheats and the car is a Jeep, so yah Swindle is scared...
If Vortex would stop telling him that she'll get him he could take over the universe... he certainly have enough weapons and ammo to do it. And Mixmaster totally needs some love I think I need to add a femme for him now...

Also add some more characters please? I'm a little board but don't feel like writing fic...

Drag Strip
a. Does not know what his top speed is...He's never reached it.
b. Secretly bribes swindle to get him the same paint as Sunstreaker.
c. Sometime enjoys a leisurely slow drive on a quite scenic route.

Brawl
a. Is actually very quite in his off time or with someone he trusts..
b. Hopes his team mates(and everyone else) would stop telling him to bend over every time his handgun jams...
c. Hates using guns.

Your Astrotrain makes me think of that guy William Shatner played in... Ok, I can't remember the name of the series, but I think he often said his name for no reason just so he'd be the center of attention.

Dead End is cute. I want to hug him.

Jazz
a. Is not an only child, Has one Mech Sibling also an Autobot.
b. Is hiding something from everyone but the aforementioned sibling.
c. Chats on the internet with a few of the decpticons. (Mixmaster, Soundwave, Skywarp and Astrotrain mostly)

Ratchet
a. Has two Siblings one surviving whom is on the other side of the war.
b. Has faked many of the records regarding Family and 'doctored' some of the medical records to hide other sets of twins from being found out.
c. Is STILL laughing about Astrotrain's lack of success in his guessing who's a femme and who's a mech after he was wrong for everyone that Ratchet knows a definite gender on, including Herself.
d. Yes, She is hiding her gender so they won't make her go back to being a nurse and getting her off of the battle field and away from draging he last living sibling home to her...
