Wow, what a roller coaster chapter. Just read it in one go. Going back to the begin -
Hot start (the begin of the chapter). <3 Spike consoling Buffy when she got upset.
Now it's up to Spike to believe Buffy or not - but hopefully he'll do it even without the spell.
Loved the update :)

Just found this story and got to read 1-8 in one sitting. Really enjoying it. I always adore a good Anya- and I always thought she would be a good choice for Giles. Its fun reading when either of the pair is oblivious to what is going on as well.

But of course I don't wish any harm to Xander so so far Riley and Xander are pretty humorous.

At the start I thought D'Hoffran might be some funny business hidden in the deal so I was watching for clues. Since I read a lot of Spander and when Xander was admiring Spike, I thought that might be the fine print that would interrupt Buffy''s plans. Went back to check the summary and verified it was spuffy.
Still enjoying what I've read so far. Look forward to what you have planned.

I'm glad you are enjoying the fic. Thanks so much for commenting. It will be a little while before it is updated due to RL and my award site taking up so much time right now, but it will get updated and finished.
